The majority of contractors in California hold a Class B General Building license — which authorizes them to build structures, but not to perform the foundational and civil engineering work underneath and around them. Foundation repair, retaining walls, and below-grade construction legally require a Class A General Engineering Contractor license.
TDQ Construction holds both — along with a C-8 Concrete Contractor license — giving us full authority to perform all structural and civil work on your property in-house, without splitting the project between multiple licensed firms.
